When will you ship my order?

Customization orders (Orders with your logo): We will do our best to ship your customization orders in 2-5 business days after your approval of digital proof (mock-up). But please keep in mind some orders might take up to 10 business days, especially if it is a large order or a peak season.

Blank orders(Without Logo Printed): Normally we will ship out in 1-3 days, it is depending on your ordering quantity.

How will you arrange my order?

4Customize ships worldwide. For every item in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

We offer different shipping methods for our products. Choosing the delivery option is completely dependent on the product types and quantities you ordered.
Normally we offer standard shipping (10-12 workdays) and Expedited Shipping(4-6 workdays) for your choice. Most of our parcels are shipped via ePacket, USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $69*.

Please kindly note the shipping way is inapplicable to the heavy package. For heavy orders, we will offer the Free ocean + express method if your order weight is over 27lb (12kg). Please kindly check the shopping cart page for an estimate of your shipping method and shipping fee.

What is the ocean + express shipping method?
Ocean + Express is a popular and widely used mode in logistics. It may take a little longer time but can carry a massive amount of goods.

Your parcel will be transported to your county by sea freight, and then the express carrier(normally ups) delivers the last mile. Normally it takes 25-35 days. In this way, the duties and taxes are included, you do not need to pay anymore.

Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders will be shipped out through the trackable delivery method. We will send automatic delivery notifications to your email address. Also you can trace it on the order history page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship out products worldwide!

What is your return policy?

Your Satisfaction is our Top Priority. At 4customize.com, we go the extra mile for our customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we are happy to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise within 14 days.

Can I Return a Customized/Personalized item?

Customized items can’t be returned. We are unable to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on personalized products, once bulk order was produced. You can always cancel your order and get a full refund before you approve the mock-up.

I received the damaged, defective, wrong item, Wrong Color. What do I do?

If you have received a damaged, defective, wrong item, wrong color***, or if something is missing, please contact us by email within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please include your order number and a description of the shipment error or missing item. We will process a replacement and provide easy instructions for your return if applicable.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We won’t charge the tax or custom duty. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order, it is determined by your local customs office. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
